Products & Support Manager
We're looking for someone who can act as a PM and a BA, this exciting hybrid role will work closely with the VP, Products & Support. What we need to see from the right candidate:
Responsibilities:- Ensure that all deliverables have been reviewed and measured against defined business and technical requirements.
- Provide a communication channel between management, business domain experts and development teams, ensuring that business problems are well defined and documented.
- Interpret, translate and document business domain knowledge.
- Gather & build applicable business domain knowledge (understanding of terminology, general industry knowledge).
- Understand client specs and assist with testing.
- Understand and identify domain problems or scenarios.
- Produce concise, well-written documentation for functional specifications or domain definitions.
- Act as team liaison for development and VP, Products & Support.
- Understand and work towards tight timelines, with clear and concise communication to all areas.
- 3+ years in a Project Management/Business Analyst role.
- Degree in business or computer science.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Experience working with developers.
- Understanding of QA and its role in software.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Outstanding client service skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a team lead in a similar environment.
