Pandell Technology Corporation Announces New Members to its Advisory Board

Calgary, AB – (April 5, 2011) Pandell Technology Corporation announced today that Mr. David Mattinson and Mr. Keith Rockley have joined Pandell’s Advisory Board. Both Mr. Mattinson and Mr. Rockley bring over 25 years of experience from their respective fields.

Mr. Mattinson is a Professional Engineer with experience in the heavy civil construction, environmental remediation, and demolition projects across Canada. As former president and one of the original owners of HAZCO Environmental Services Ltd, he helped to grow the company from a small Calgary operation to Canada’s largest Environmental contractor with $500 million annual revenue and 1,600 employees. Mr. Mattinson currently sits on the Board of Canfrac Sands ltd., a private Alberta based company that produces sand used in conventional fracturing of oil and natural gas wells in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. He is also an active real estate developer with current projects in Calgary and Red Deer, Alberta.

Mr. Rockley brings a Human Resource and Administration background to the advisory group. His experience comes from working with companies that include Fluor Canada, Pembina Resources, Renaissance Energy, Husky Energy, Canetic Resources, and Penn West Exploration. He is currently Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Resources with Penn West. Mr. Rockley has been directly involved in leading significant merger activity throughout his career and brings a broad corporate cultural and change management perspective. Mr. Rockley currently sits on the Board of the Westside Recreation Society and is in the process of completing his Executive Coaching program with Royal Roads University.

Pandell’s Advisory Board now consists of six members all bringing with them a broad range of knowledge and experience. Mr. Mattinson and Mr. Rockley will both be valuable additions to the group in providing their guidance to Pandell’s executive team.
