Pandell Releases Version 3.0 of AFENexus™ AFE Management Software

Sep 01 2011 | Product News

Calgary, AB – (Sep 1, 2011) Pandell Technology Corporation announced today that it has released version 3.0 of its web-based AFE management software, AFENexus. The new release focuses on integrating directly with JVNexus using 2-way transfer of budgeting, AFE, AFE Cost Center, and DOI information.

AFENexus User Benefits

  • Upgraded reports and email notifications - This version upgrades 14 existing reports to new user interface. Also, all email notifications now include the printable AFE and cost estimate.
  • New Administrator-directed notification configuration - AFE Administrators can now configure how often and to whom all action-notifications are issued.
  • Enhanced grouping - Now you can group by status, type, area, and well name, rather than just sorting them. Grouping also now includes budgeted gross and net subtotals.
  • Easier viewing - AFE browser tables are collapsible now for easier viewing management.

JVNexus User Benefits

For JVNexus users, the capital accrual process is simplified because budget, actual and incurred costs are accumulated directly within AFENexus and can be exported, reviewed and uploaded to JVNexus. A single point of data entry and synching of master file data ensures data in both systems is easily maintained and remains up-to-date.

AFENexus is available from Pandell as part of a full-service software solution NexusSuite for one low subscription-based monthly fee. To request a product demonstration or more information, please contact 403.271.0701 or visit www.afenexus.com.
