Pandell Releases JVNexus™ v4.1 Financial Accounting Software

Oct 10 2014 | Product News

Calgary, AB – (Oct 10, 2014) Pandell announces Version 4.1 of JVNexus financial accounting software. The JVNexus development team continues to build on ways to make the user experience intuitive and efficient; this is reflected in version 4.1.

Key system enhancements for this release include:

  • New Accruals feature, increases user efficiency and accuracy with auto-generated reversing vouchers. Reversals are automatically created and managed in tandem with accrual vouchers, preventing data entry mishaps and saving the user costly time otherwise spent on accrual management.
  • JIBLink Royalty Extract, allows users to quickly and easily locate payment details associated with royalty transactions, with the additional option of exporting data directly to a CSV file for upload to JIBLink.
  • Generation of Canada Revenue Agency T5 forms; provides the user with the ability to generate and produce CRA approved T5 forms and summaries directly from within JVNexus, with the additional flexibility of issuing the forms digitally and/or as hard-copy.
  • A new and powerful system-wide search functionality. The new search menu allows users to quickly locate transactions using invoice number, AFE, cost center or specific dollar amount search criteria. By providing the user with a one-stop-shop search tool for fast data location, this new feature saves the user precious time which would be otherwise spent manually filtering through records.

"JVNexus version 4.1 provides users with better system performance and stability." said Kathy Dodds, Senior Product Coordinator. "We maintain our focus on the user experience."
