Pandell Acquires US Software Firm LandWorks, Inc.

Pandell Technology Corporation, a pioneer of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions to the energy industry, announced today that it has acquired LandWorks, Inc., a Houston-based provider of land asset management and GIS solutions. The acquisition includes 3 software product suites; a staff of 80 personnel; offices in Houston and Denver; and a customer base of 100+ companies in oil & gas, renewable wind energy, utilities, pipelines, and mining. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed; however, the purchase was described as an all cash transaction.
