Pandell Opens New Office in Houston

May 28 2019 | Corporate

May 28, 2019 – Today, Pandell opened its doors to its brand-new office space in Houston, Texas. Until now, nearly 100 Pandell employees could still be found wandering the halls of the not-so-remarkable outdated office. But the sunny morning after the long Memorial Day weekend, they were welcomed into a fully renovated, modern workspace just a few blocks away from their old stomping grounds.

The Houston office now shares a similar look and feel to Pandell’s Calgary office – high industrial ceilings; stone finishings; multiple hi-tech collaboration rooms; a large, stocked kitchen; a gaming & billiard lounge serving cold brew coffee on tap; and a cool kids playroom for visiting children.

“The vibe here is electric,” reported Mary Walker, Marketing Specialist and four-year company veteran. “People are looking around and commenting that they’re so happy they get to be a part of all this. And the Pandell branded apparel at our new desks was such a nice touch!”

“Our people are without a doubt our biggest asset,” said Greg Chudiak, President and CEO. “So, we’re really excited to provide them with an energizing work environment that helps build a strong organizational culture and lets them know how much they’re appreciated.” Greg was part of a project team from Calgary and Houston who rolled up their sleeves to help get the space ready for opening day.

Following Pandell’s acquisition of LandWorks Inc. in early 2018, and subsequent rebranding of its software products to Pandell LandWorks (formerly LPM) and Pandell GIS, the office move was the next step in the process. It also corresponds with the official transition of the US operations to Pandell’s corporate brand, which will be formally announced in the next few weeks.

Clients, associates, and friends of Pandell are invited to visit us at our new office located at: 3120 Hayes Rd #288, Houston, TX 77082.
