ATCO Pipelines Chooses Pandell Software

June 1 2020 | Corporate

June 1, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta, Canada – Today Pandell announces ATCO PIPELINES has contracted Pandell to be its land and GIS software technology partner and will implement Pandell’s Land Software Suite in the second half of 2020.

Pandell will provide ATCO Pipelines with a central web-solution for managing its land rights and will enable its users to move seamlessly between land records and spatial data in the GIS. The company will access its acquisition projects, land records tabular data, mapped land rights, facility data, scanned documents, and accounting data, all from Pandell’s integrated application suite.

ATCO Pipeline’s new cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) land solution will integrate with its Oracle Cloud financial accounting solution and other third-party data sources to enable end-to-end process management for project planning, asset management and land management. After concluding a thorough investigation of available software solutions, the key drivers in ATCO’s selection of the Pandell Land Suite included robust reporting capabilities, real-time GIS mapping, a modern interface (ease of use), and extensive business support services. Furthermore, implementing Pandell’s fully cloud-hosted land system will alleviate ATCO from managing system infrastructure and maintenance.

Project representatives from ATCO Technology Management Ltd, a co-division of ATCO Pipelines, are existing users of Pandell’s land and project management solutions and have expressed their support for choosing Pandell to manage the division’s technology, service, and support needs.
