Pandell Acquires Jobutrax Field Ticketing Solution
Pandell Technology Corporation, a pioneer of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions to the energy industry, announced today that it has acquired Jobutrax, a web-based oilfield field ticketing solution. The acquisition includes the software product, its associated resource team, and a growing customer base of oilfield service companies in Canada and the United States. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed. However, the purchase was described as an all cash transaction.
Jobutrax enables oilfield services personnel to quickly create field tickets using their mobile devices. The application auto-populates employee, equipment, pricing, materials, and service items, to speed up the process of creating a ticket and its associated invoice. Field tickets are then available online to oil and gas producers, where they can be reviewed and approved in real time.
